Mission, Vision and Value Statements
Mission Statement:
Dillard Drive Middle School is committed to providing a safe, caring, environment that fosters productive individuals, life-long learners, and responsible citizens to meet present and future challenges.
Vision Statement:
Our atmosphere is one of acceptance, mutual respect and pride in our individual differences. This promotes positive interactions among students, staff, parents and the community. All staff acts as positive role models for students. They demonstrate a commitment to them through developing academic skills, and fostering healthy physical, social and emotional characteristics. The school and the community provide a learning environment with high expectations for maximum student success through the collaboration of the PTA, Partnership for Educational Success (PES), Athletic Boosters, Business Alliance, and other volunteer activities.
The professional staff of DDMS creates a caring learning community by participating in staff development activities, sharing information to support and improve teaching methods, and helping each other implement new educational approaches.
Value Statement:
